It is very important to identify the symptoms of brain stroke and seek immediate medical help…
Especially on one side of the body. For example, suddenly having difficulty lifting an arm or leg.
The person may suddenly be unable to speak, their speech may be slurred, or they may not be able to understand what others are saying.
Sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes, blurred vision, or double vision.

There may be a sudden change in mental status, such as becoming confused, difficulty making decisions, or losing consciousness.
Types of brain stroke –
This is the most common type of stroke, accounting for about 80% of all strokes. An ischemic stroke occurs when a clot forms in a blood vessel in the brain or when a blockage occurs, which stops blood flow to a part of the brain. This blockage prevents oxygen and nutrients from reaching that part, causing brain cells to die. It has two main subtypes:
This occurs when a clot forms in a blood vessel in the brain, which forms at that location.
This occurs when a blood clot travels from another part of the body (such as the heart) and lodges in a blood vessel in the brain.
A hemorrhagic stroke occurs when bleeding occurs from a blood vessel in or around the brain. This bleeding causes increased pressure in brain tissue, causing cells to be damaged. The main causes of hemorrhagic stroke include high blood pressure, weakened blood vessels, and illicit drug use. There are two subtypes:
This occurs when a blood vessel inside the brain ruptures and blood enters brain tissue.
This occurs when bleeding occurs in the space between the brain and its outer layer, usually due to a ruptured aneurysm (balloon-like swelling in a blood vessel).
A (TIA) is also called a “mini-stroke.” It is temporarily similar to an ischemic stroke, in which blood flow to a part of the brain is briefly interrupted. The symptoms of a TIA are similar to those of a stroke, but they resolve within a few minutes or hours. Even though it’s temporary, it’s a warning sign that you may be at risk for a more serious stroke in the future, so it shouldn’t be ignored.
