1. Eligibility for Refund:
   • Refunds are allowed only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product received.
   • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the parcel and product via WhatsApp or Email.
2. Refund Timeline:
   • Once verified, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions:
   • Used or opened products
   • Change of mind or no longer required
   • Late claims (after 48 hours)
